    A coin in that condition is best for spending. There isn't enough meat on the bone to attribute. PMD at best.

    It is actually a die clash as evidenced by the eagle "spitting" and a similar "leaf" up against the left wing. If you do A search you will find good pictures and the explanation. They are fun to find and are common on all the eagle back quarters. Some have more prominent clashes than others.
