I wanted to re share this post with everyone. I cant remember which company it came from NF strings or whoever was putting coins from the statehood quarter series at the time and im not sure which this coin came from but it did come from a roll of clear plastic at the time . Some have argued it was due to heat https://www.cointalk.com/threads/heres-one-i-need-help-figuring-out-on-a-blank-planchet.270095/ but after all these years I found out it truly does have a gas inclusion just very bad pics at first. Now I know this is not especially valuable but how many have this combination of error.
lol yep, I started to write gasses but realized that was wrong and didn't want to waste another flip. Well Michael White from ANACS and Larry Briggs owner of SEGS coin grading both agreed that's what it was along with several other dealers that I cant remember names of.
