You could always buy actual cash, in theory. $666.67 for $570 in cash. I think seller would make $5 when all is said and done, and buyer would save $3.33.
Be careful with some of the sellers who sell discounted forever stamps! The last time we had this coupon I ended up receiving counterfeit stamps. A safer bet is buying directly from the USPS (who have an ebay account). They sell at full price plus a small shipping fee, but it will still be less than full price.
