Aside from it not being Chocolate Mint,
I don't see anything wrong with the Mint.

I see some bag marks/contact marks on
the coin's surface.

If you're talking ab out the 'flattened' S Mintmark,
there's nothing that's an error on it, from what
I can see in your photo.

What do you see wrong with the Mint?

My dad used to collect them when he was a kid had some 1972 DD's but the government did a recall on them and he had to sell the ones he had my goal is to find one before he passes
