Did you eat your Wheaties?

Yes, Wheaties Cereal, not Lincoln cents. Does anyone remember these?
This is a cardboard coin holder, that if you send in a boxtop and 25¢ you could get the 15 coins to put in it. Mystery coins at that. I also have five coins that go with it.
a 1 kurus piece from Turkey / a 1 Centavo,Honduras / 20 Cetavo,Angola /
10 centavo,Angola /5 lire, Italy.
Odd thing is I have had the coins for years, and the holder I got Last week.
I see these on e-bay, But if anyone would like this piece for their collection,

The coin holder is from the 50's i believe, I don't know about Bruce.

Very cool. Its interesting that a big company like that would collect coins like that and send them to customers
It must have had a demand back then.

I remember sometime in the mid 1950's sending off 25 cents and some cereal box tops for a similar item but never receiving it.

The cereal may have been Wheaties but I am not sure.
