Possible Error Coin?

    The mintmark just took a hit. Normal coin.

    i sent in a 2001-S North Carolina proof to NGC 3 weeks ago. Got it back wednesday and it was graded as PR69 Obverse Die Cap Mint Error. The S mint mark was as bad as the D mint mark you have on your coin. Check on specials running in numismatic news and on pcgs, ngc, anacs, and icg websites. worth sending it in. you never know

    I took a picture with my phone through a pocket microscope. (it was kinda hard to do)
