Hiya y'all. So, I am not certain what's going on with this particular quarter so if anyone could maybe chime in and let me know then it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks (Edit) Was from brand new bank roll.
Looks like damage in the picture. Since you found it in a BU roll it could have happened at the mint or the company that does the rolling for your bank.
