1968 D LMC not sure if I should try and clean this one?

    My question still stands. Why would you want to clean it? I see nothing besides a normal cent with, like you said, something probably dried and crusted on it.

    To confirm my suspensions. But if this is something I haven't seen the I certainly would not want to clean it,which is why I posted it. If it's just a cent then it wouldn't hurt to clean it and spend it .
