    its very possible they do, but being a ladder, i doubt it would last long in circulation :)

    Well Oldbucks...let me tell ya..if I were a Lawyer, I would have 1 of every denomination!
    I bet his user name would be "BigBuck's"....makes me wonder about your user name..you have some very nice bank notes Sir!! :D:D

    I do not think specimen is really on the bill. I bet that the website put it on the image so they wouldnt get into trouble with the Secret Service.

    It would not be hard for them to skip that block, or even simpler pull that note and replace it with a star.

    If they have been using the 23456789 for decades, it might even be part of their standard operating procedures to yank that note and replace it with a star.
