A strong cartwheel effect is a pretty clear sign that it's not a proof.

The photos show the same texture across devices and fields. What are you seeing?

Major cart wheel i wana take a video you know that the frosting they put on the devices that's covered with Lincoln and inside the memorial pillars and on the steps so I looked at a regular strike high-grade coin that I have there is none of that this is what the difference is on this coin plus it's a deep cameo and it's like over spray that bleeds into the fields but it doesn't go across it's just it stops

Cartwheel probably means it isn't a proof.

The cart wheel stops as you cross over the Lincoln portrait

It looks nothing like a proof.

The liberty and the date also jump off the Cameo effect of the fields I just noticed

Your light is to concentrated, definitely for a fingered 2*2 flip.
Stop using magnification to try and get details. move closer to the coin and adjust the light accordingly.
Take the coin out of the darn flip,;)

Definitely not proof or proof like. Just a fairly nice business strike.

There is no cameo whatsoever on that coin, just a normal business strike.

No Mint Mark on Lincoln Cents means it was minted at the Philadelphia Mint.. They didn't use a P Mint Mark until last year 2017.. And that was the last time they will do it.
