i, like @Bing, have the "fab-4" of Phillip ll in bronze, with different control marks with bust of Apollo obverse and youth on Phillips horse reverse. i've never heard of these types being considered lifetime issues. they were minted to commemorate Alexanders birth and Phillips horse and rider winning the Olympics of 356 BC and i reckon minted between that time and his death in 336 BC
Philip II is one of the most worthwhile ancient Greeks to study. I read this book about him, couldn't put it down: Philip II of Macedonia by Ian Worthington. It touches on the significance of several coins already posted in this thread.
