    Hi, Pish,
I love your latest aquisition. That 'silvering' really shows it off.
    Very clear images. Good pick-up.
I am also very impressed by some of the 'postings' by other members, too. (Mat's Eagle, and Dougsmit's Altar.) Very envious.
I have more than 10 Claudius II coins and most of them are in pretty poor condition.
If I post the best of them, you can imagine the rest.

Nice thread! Here's my favourite Claudius II portrait, an imitation Consecratio, and a Divus issue under Constantine:

I don't know if it's a good or bad thing to know I'm not alone in my dry spell of coin additions. Either way the day is getting closer that I should be able to resume collecting. If it wasn't for a CT member I would've gone insane by now.
Love your Claudius II @Pishpash it's unusually nice for C II.
Here is one of my favorites of the guy.

Way to break that dry spell @Pishpash !!

How about a coin of Claudius II that isn't from Claudius II?

Wow! That Claudius II coin is so nice, it doesn’t look like a Claudius II coin! Haha... seriously though, I have a soft spot for CII, that’s a great coin!

I have a couple of favorite Egyptian tetradrachms of Claudius II. Workmanship and artistry seemed to have improved in Alexandria during Claudius II's time.

Wonderful acquisition @Pishpash! Congrats!! And like Aurelian, a truly great emperor but due to his limited longevity of reign doesn't get the play he should. @TIF, LOVE the provincial Claud deuces! That 1st one looks very much like Claud 1 (and has a BEAUTIFUL reverse!).
    Here is my schwaggy addition...
