1987 Roosevelt Dime mint?

Cant make out the mint anyone have a better eye?

I'd say it is quite likely a P-mint coin from Philadelphia. For some reason coins minted in Philadelphia tend to be smudgy with thicker flans than D-mint coins from Denver.

 

I thought so too also is that a die crack on his neck
