I got this coin 3 months ago and really like it unfortunately it is crystallized to the level that I am worried to break so I keep it inside a safe container. but the quality is superb and has amazing tone and bust.

Very nice! There are three varieties of this coin.

Yours is the one with Livia holding a scepter and with a single line below the chair (RIC 30).

@Aethelred has the one with Livia holding a scepter and the chair has plain legs and two lines below it (RIC 26).

I have the one with Livia holding an inverted spear instead of a scepter and the chair has ornate legs and three lines below it (RIC 28):

A very nice example. From the picture alone, I wouldn't worry that much about it to break into pieces, the metal seems quite OK. Not perfect but OK

@Theodosius Yes I love the toning too and that was a major reason I got the coin. I am always on hunt for such coins with nice eye appeal and toned. I don't like cleaned and fresh looking coins I love when a coin has patina and toning which is I guess quite different taste than the norm.

@Bing Nice coin too I like its toning too.

@Cucumbor yours also very nice example with good details the image is a bit dark so I can not see its toning. If you look at mine the obverse at 8 clock you see a chip that shows Crystallization under the chip that is why I am worried it seems its internally crystallized actually I sent this to NGC to be slabbed and although they send image certificate for it but did not put in slab and when I contacted them they said they are worried it damage and break coin putting it in slab that also shows NGC thinks same as me about fragility.

@Jay GT4 Yours also very nice and see surface is porous so you also might be careful not to break it.

By the way its due respect to mention Joe Sermarini at Forum coins. He is a great dealer and this item I got from him very honest and reliable dealer and contributor to the collector society on forum site.

In hand mine is not nearly as porous as the photo makes it seem. It's very stable. And I agree, Forum is great.

Plain legs and an early portrait that strikes me as very Augustus like on an obvious fourree:

I like the tone color of your Tiberius Denarius, @arashpour !

I was very fortunate to acquire this one at auction.

Wow! That's a nice example. I like the toning.

These are the two I have owned.

I got both of them from @Aethelred, maybe five years apart.
