Okay I overlooked this a bunch of times has both die cracks on the lower left and the right all the way to the rim of the memorial also has the clash next to A that is mentioned n the T incent and all the die scratches through the one on the reverse and the Liberty on the front all markers are correct isn't as doubled as the one in Wexler's what do you think
I just cant see the detail well enough on my old laptop here. I cant see the die markers. Im sure someone else here with better resolution might be able to give an opinion. My opinion probably sucks anyway but its still fun. Copied from Wexlers is the die markers below..can you see the die cracks on your penny that go from the base on the memorial to the edge? Those seem like they should be pretty prominent. Any rotational die scratches around the statue? Die Markers: Obverse: None noted. Reverse: Rotational die scratches on the Memorial are centered at the statue. A die gouge can be found under the upper left T in UNITED. A die scratch runs from the center of the E in CENT ESE through the N in CENT. Die cracks run from the tip of the left Memorial base and the tip of the right Memorial base out to the rim.
