With the exception of the first coin, you should easily be able to google information based on the legends and dates of each coin. This is the best way to learn about numismatics. You've been posting on here for a while. Take the time to try to figure it out on your own rather than expecting the members of CT giving you all the answers. If you post "I think I have a French and Canadian coin but couldn't find any info", you'll get more help than expecting others to do all of the work for you.

Also, the specific type of help you are looking for is important. Identification? Value? Etc. etc. I'm still fairly new here as well, but it's important to do a some of your own research 1st and ask clear questions. You'll get better answers that way and generally enjoy the forum much more.

The french coins are from the post war French republic, and the 1943 is from the Vichy France government (German occcupation)

The first piece appears to be a slug.

Tough crowd here Joy. Nothing here is ever served sugar coated. Take the 'knucks' and develop a thicker skin...........and learn a thing or two. While many, myself included, come off high handed and overly judgmental, we're basically here to help you learn. Think of it as boot camp. I'f you can survive it, you will thrive.......

Your 1st coin.... Please take and measure it and weight it. I hope you have digital slide caliper. You can get one for cheap at harbor freight tools, or even on amazon but weigh it and measure it so we know the dimensions. It will help pin it down.
