Ok paid up on this not alot, but that said the guess is over ,but not by much paid $265.00 @jtlee321 at 279.00 takes this round.

Here's one that does not come like this very often. Most of the toned versions I've seen do not have this kind of rainbow crescents going on. This one sold on Great Collections recently, so try to resist the temptation to look it up. What did it sell for including the juice..

@jtlee321 I was bidding on that one, so I'll refrain from guessing.
What's interesting is that this thread also started with a 1921 Monster Toned Morgan from GC. I think that one had more extreme color. What do you or others think; which was better?
Check pg 1 of this thread for the photo.

 

My personal opinion, I'd take the one above. I like the color pattern better.

 

Color is better on the other one, but the pattern is better on this one. Lack of color coverage is the one knock on this one

 

I may have even picked this current one, but the color above the "E" and the odd "circle" below the "P" in E Pluribus bother me a bit. Both seem to take away from the evenness of the pattern.

Im curious what his opinion is on this Morgan. Although i could probably guess what hes gonna say.
