I can't call it as the details and rims are quite sharp, the muted colour could be toning?? Details like the furl/ropes on the sail not quite what a proof should be. Please don't dump it, if a giveaway I'd take it - we used to live on Cyprus.
Hard to tell, but may be a foggy proof. As 7Jags mentioned, the rims are sharp and squared rather than rounded.
I suppose it could be a proof with the mirrors hazed over (or just really subdued), but I just don't see it.
Perhaps @paddyman98 won't feel too strongly against giving a small area of the fields a swipe with a cloth or alcohol pad? That would solve the mystery right away
