1954 S Jefferson Reverse Cud?

    I think it's a cud but it looks weird. I didn't see anything similar to it from cuds-on-coins (1950-1969 jeffersons)

    I say no to CUD
    Probably and old Finned Rim that folded inward over time. Nothing major.
