New to collecting. I found a 2016 Harpers Ferry with some errors. There is a ring around the face of the coin that lines up with the back side. And the face looks like it was a weak stamp. The picture with 2 coins (the one in question is one the left) the right coin is older, but obviously a heavier stamp. Any thoughts?
Welcome To Cointalk It appears to be damaged from a coin roll machine its PMD (Post Mint Damage) not a Mint Error. JMO Dave
I'd say most 10 digit numbers probably ARE phone numbers. But the thing is they could be ANYBODY'S phone number. Well, within a given area code anyway. It's kind of like using a name, say Mike Thomas, as your user name. Sure it's a real name, but it's a real name for like a million people ! And unless a member were to state flat out that it is his name - nobody would ever know if it is or it isn't ! So, 5092908937, don't answer the question asked above, either in the affirmative or negative.
If it's a cell phone number, get ready for a barrage of targeted spam calls/texts (there are already 120 results for that # in Google) - active land line numbers get robocalled automatically, but 'live' cell numbers are telemarketing gold
