Having difficulty attributing these. I'd appreciate any help I can get from you Byzantine experts out there! Thanks!

Looking for my photo of the other...
EDIT: my examples are not great, but looks to be
    Heraclius
    AE Follis, Nicomedia
Obvs: No legend. Heraclius, Heraclius Constantine, and Martina standing.
Revs: Large M, Monogram 23 left, ANNO and cross above. ? below, the year to the right. NIKO below.
    Ref: Sear 836

Years recorded are Xζ(15), xζI(16), and XζII(17). Yours is probably year 15 which is 624/625 AD. Below the M, Officinae A or B are known.

Heraclius Constantine co-ruled with his father Heraclius and is also known as Constantine III. Martina was the wife of Heraclius.

Sear's monograms can be found here.

I think that top one is indeed Heraclius flanked by his son Her. Con. and wife Martina. Something similar to this one in my collection:

    Byzantine Empire Æ Follis
    Heraclius (617-618 A.D.)
    Nicomedia Mint

Heraclius flanked by Martina & Heraclius Constantine / Large M; Officina B below, [ANNO] left & cross above, ς II (?) (8) (regnal year 8) right, NIKo in
    exergue.
    Sear 836

I am not sure offhand what the difference is between SB 835 and 836. This site can be helpful:
