Interesting 1963 Canadian cent

    Here is a 1963 Canadian cent that I got in change today that peaked my curiosity. I don't know if it is a slight off center, a broadstrike or what but the denticles are strange on the obverse. It kind of looks like a MAD but you can see some off centering on the reverse but not as strong. Also it has a nice little die chip on the maple leaf.     i'm going to say it's a MAD i'm still not seeing anything like this looking on google but that best fits what I have.
