Is this even worth keeping?

    Hello everybody. I have a 1993-D penny that is twice as thick as a typical cent, from a strong press strike. Is this even worth keeping or no?

    Do you mean that the Rim is raised?
    Finned Rim issue maybe?

    If it's a thick planchet that would be a keeper and the weight would be heavy.
