2 seated liberty dimes

Bought these 2 coins tonight. The 1853 with arrows looks strange to me with the way liberty in the shield looks and the line by 1 in the date. On the reverse there seems to be some odd lines around M and E one dime. Clashed? It is a hubbed date and arrows F-106 according to Fortins website about LS dimes. Had rarity of RX which I have no idea what that means. E-mailed him a pic of the coin and the rarity question a couple hours ago.

My '53 has something similar going on below the M on the reverse.

 

lots of different die varieties with this series it seems.

 

Anything seated for cheap is a good deal.
