1935 Arkansas half ,is this real or reproduction?

Looking at the 1836 under a 5 times loop ,it looks double struck or something.hopfuly get a close up photo of it,also at Arkansas too

So bought this coin in the UK for around $8 US
I Just returned from a European vacation/business.
It's my feelings is they have no regard for US coinage
So Perhaps he just wanted to get rid of the coin
