1999 p re punched mint mark?

    Steps need to be unbroken. As for the mint mark. Interesting but highly unlikely

    Better pics would help allot. The first 9 and the star look interesting to me. The mint mark looks flat and shelf like. IMO

    Closer pic of just the date and star would work, just take the pics straight on. ( Camera on the same plane as coin) if that makes any sense.lol

    NO to full steps.
    NO to RPM. Why? Because they stopped hand punching MMs in 1989 so it is not possible on your coin.

    Yes they help allot and it was shadows I was seeing in other pics. But furryfrog02 has the correct answer to your question on this one. Most of these guys have been around for awhile and are very knowledgeable.
