Weird looking penny. Facial hairs look like it's a real white hairs. Any opinion?

You're right.. what do you think of the facial hairs?

 

Nothing but damage. Someone might have been carving the area and did some artwork.
Bored people do the strangest things to alter coins.

Can anyone tell me if this is a Double Die??

 

Sorry but I can't see with the blurry photos. Try and get a closeup of the area in question and be specific.
Also, the correct term is doubled die.
