Cent cud, struck though, or PMD?

    This one has me stumped. Looks like extra material struck onto the coin.

    Looks like lamination to me.

    I agree with a Lamination, and some circulation damage.
    Really interesting example. what year is it ?

    Cuds are only found on the rim of a coin what you have is nothing more than a die chip.
