Any thoughts on this coin? got for 7 dollars.

As title says.. I also think it may be cleaned in certain spots. Still in flip due to lack of proper cases

It's not problem free, but for a few bucks, it's an interesting counterstamped coin.

 

Nice coin and fairly priced. This one has a lot of study value

 

I am seeing online that the coin is supposed to have a smooth plain edge, yet mine has a rippled edge of some sort?

 

Also if it matters the date i see on the coin is 1831
