Those stars are doubled .
What do the letters of the outer devices, look like for doubling ?

I don't think it's FS-802 .
The stars on 802 are split on the right side .


And yours are split on the left side .

I would send it to Coneca first, just to make sure you know which one it is . Pcgs will only slab cherrypicker coins, when it comes to varieties .

What's the doubling look like on AME of AMERICA ?

 

Mine is on the left, right is the pic you posted from NGC. I think it’s an 802.. the doubleddie, wexler site has the die markers listed and pictured. Thats pretty much what I went by. I’ll do a side by side with the pics from that site too, in just a minute. View attachment 781091
