    Is that a notch on the bottom of the L and it looks like the T is over lap as well can someone confirm that.

    First, here is "part one".... although thus far it has nothing to do with "part two".

    Secondly, and as said in the other thread, I see nothing noteworthy based upon the provided photo. Considering your coin displays a plating issue, this may explain whatever it is that you're seeing, but better photos would be helpful in determining this.
