At the 2000 ANA Convention Banquet in Philadelphia, attendees received a large, silver-star-sized sealed envelope of items courtesy of the Red Rose Coin Club in Lancaster, PA.

I need assistance in knowing what's exactly inside those envelopes because I do not want to open them. I know the RRCC had elongated coin sets made and placed into cellophane packaging consistent with Mint Sets available at the show, so that maybe perhaps one of the items.

You can send me a PM or reply. Any help on this would be appreciated.

I did some research looking for it, and finally found something on eBay that you may be interested in: https://www.ebay.com/itm/2000-ANA-S...479974?hash=item489725c426:g:fz0AAOSw44BYbR-A.
I believe you have a medal in the envelope.

Yes, the Red Rose Coin Club had a special privy-marked version of their annual club medal in there. The series is still alive today, although mintages are down. The 2000 ANA host year medal honored Harriet Lane, the niece of President James Buchanan who resided in Lancaster at 'Wheatland' and was his unofficial 'First Lady' during his term of office. The ANA show version was mounted in a dark green folder that showed the medal through a cut-out. The folder had historical info on the subject and the club. It was perhaps the zenith of the club's activity, and the treasury was quite flush. All banquet attendees got one. If you can wait a bit, I think I have some photos of one somewhere. Even when removed from the folder, the ANA version is unique by virtue of the ANA logo privy-mark. The medal is made by Keystone Mint in bronze in 39mm diameter, and with a cameo-style mirror proof surface.

I am missing only one RRCC medal in bronze, the 1982 one. I'm missing quite a few of the .999 silver.

The club meets twice a month in Lancaster, PA and regularly draws a significant crowd, larger even than the vaunted Chicago Coin Club.
