Found another 1970 s penny - is it small date?

Having a hard tI'm with large and small dates even with looking at examples.

Can't really see much in that picture, most of them are Large Dates. Although I can see that your LIBERTY is well struck, so probably not a small.

 

All I see is a little MAD. There's too much crud and the pic is not defined enough to tell much of anything else. Looks like a normal circulated cent.

 

From what I can see, I would say that it is a LD.
