    It does make me happy to see that NGC will actually put "DAMAGED TO RESEMBLE ERROR" on a body tag. Rubbing the submitter's nose in it might get their attention.

    I'm going to watch this to see if somebody actually pays $17.85 for it! I wonder if it was ever posted here by somebody who didn't believe it wasn't a mint error!

    Looks like they tried to copy the reverse of this awesome - and actually authentic - piece that @Fred Weinberg auctioned off a couple weeks ago (I got outbid buy Jon Sullivan!).

    Why would someone page $18 for that coin? Probably someone who can get rid of the NGC stuff and resell it as a 'rare' error.
