Almost everything is doubled on the back and some on the front,am new to this and live in a small area,what do i do with it?
There are several types of doubling. Your coin does not show the type of doubling that has any value. Search the topic on this site and you will find more than you can read.

Welcome and good to see someone new checking for these type details. There is strike doubling and die doubling and the true doubling is almost always die doubling. Often you can tell if the underlying doubling has a flat appearance it is probably strike doubling. Your pictures make the reverse look like strike doubling and perhaps the obverse D as die doubling but we would need much better images to really say anything definitive.
You will see this type of worthless doubling a lot on Copper Plated Zinc Cents.. probably on every year!
