One sided quarter

    I have a New Jersey quarter with only one side the other side is blank and copper looking, can anyone tell me about it

    It was tooled by someone with way too much time on their hands. Notice the outbound radial lines. This could have been done by anyone with access to a machine shop. Damaged.

    Despite being on Amtrak I noticed the spiral design. This train is not only 6 hours late but it's like being in turbulence on the ground. lol
