    Hello everyone

I would like to know what this means,BULLIO 1983 PGCS PR69DCAM silver Q.

Is this 90% silver? Joking comments are welcome.

well it's a Deep Cameo Proof that graded at 69, beyond that I'm stumped. The slab gives no indication this is silver. I'm not a Washington quarter expert but I don't think they struck any of those in silver did they?

Your quarter is not silver. I can see the copper on the edge in your last pic. And they did not make silver proofs in 1983. The mint did not make silver proofs until 1992.

Looks like a dealer's label. It's not from PCGS. And the coin is not silver.

Not that year. Silver S proofs for the quarter started in '99.

    Nor is it "BULLIO".

Nah, 1992. From 1992 to 1998 they ran the "spaghetti hair" Washington silver quarters with the eagle reverse.

If I were you, I'd return it as SNAD for a refund.

WOW! Thanks for all the information, I'm going to return. I love this site I knew everyone would give honest answers. Found this in a pawn shop guess I won't be buying from them again. Greatly appreciate it.

Its catalog price in a PCGS holder is $25, but that's full tilt retail. If you got it for $6.99, I'd be happy with it.
