Definitely a Julio-Claudia emperor, my gut call is Augustus but I could easily be wrong. A photo of the other side might help.
I agree with @Parthicus. My first thought was Augustus. Show the reverse. It could help in the identification.
I think both sides have been posted, the busts are different and 1 extends to the bottom of the flan whereas the other does not. Maybe a C/M ? Apart from that I can be no further help, sorry.
kolyan760 - you hope for an answer to a rather worn, ancient ?Roman coin. I'm not one of the whizz-kids around here (Hopefully, one or two of the "Best Answer" people will help out), but my feelings are that you might inform us how you came across the coin, what was said by the previous owner. And any info at all from previous sources. Last, but not least, what are your own ideas ? I cannot believe that you purchased, or dug up, this coin blind-folded !!!
