    Definitely 1992P but it is not a FS :(

    I see doubling on the reverse. Wow!! I reposted the correct pictures for the correct coin. Sorry about that. Let me know what you think.

    It either is there or it isn’t. I also read that true doubling will be either the same size as the existing characters, or will make the characters larger. It also said that true doubling never makes the characters smaller.

    I dont see doubling either, but the steps look good. Side note: I'm no expert.

    The steps might be good. But that huge gouge on the reverse would prob make it a details coin and it would not straight grade MS. (There's also minor scratches on the obverse but the one over the M is damage.)
    I don't know if an MS-Details coin can get FS designation. That's a good question.
