Has anyone heard of a 1970 P DDO?

    Does this not look doubled to you??? The last couple pics stand out to me....

    Most of the doubling for this year was relegated to the horizontal bar of the 7. A couple of exceptions as I recall were DDO-001 & 003 but yours does not match either. I'm more inclined to believe die deterioration doubling on this. This particular year was subject to many issues/poor quality.
