    No miss print. It's a ink cleaning over flow/drip on the surface of the printing plate that was not completely wiped off before the print.

    Indirect one, because it's like a rag of fluid [ink, water, gas, etc.] that may not be on the plate/part itself. Grip a rag with fluid on it, and attempt to clean an area on any part, and keep it from dripping on another parts, or area If it drips on another area of the item, is it a mistake of the original process? No. It's indirect. It's still a defect.
