PCI Color Codes ?

In a recent discussion with a dealer, he told me that green PCI slabs designated "cleaned" coins.
Now, I've seen PCI slabs with red boarders that stated cleaned and gold ones that stated the same.
Is there a color code ?
Did it change over the years ?
The recent PCI news reminded me of this and I figured it be a good time to get it cleared up.
    Thanks in advance.
    ;)

    Thanks, CBD !

I was thinking the problem coins were in the red labels.
I will have to dicuss this matter with the dealer.
Either he is mislead or trying to get one over on me.

The green border is an old PCI holder, and is commonly accepted as their more conservative years.

The red holder designates a problem coin.

The gold border is a more modern holder, and is the color for coins that are problem free.

There may be exceptions when talking about older PCI holders, but not with modern PCI slabs.

There have been "cleaned" and other problem coins in both red and gold border PCI holders. I don't know the reason for both , but "cleaned" is "cleaned" no matter what the color of the border.
