i recieved a e=news from numistic news about the bald eagle comms. comingout jan.15 there is a half dollar, dollar and five dollar coina . the designes are nice they havent decieded on the price BUT there is a 35$ surcharge on the 1 and 5 $ coins each and a 3$ surcharge on the half dollar. i could see a 35 $ surcharge on all three but a 73$ surchargge on three coins is outragious. at 73 $ the coins should be free.
$35 dollar surchangee on the $1?? i think they have always had a $35 charge on the gold, and a $10 on silver dollars.. but a $35 dollar surcharge on the silver dollar ... kind of outrageous if its true!!!
the articel said 35$ on the 1$ and 5$ and 3$ on the half and that they were all silver . i think that the surcharge i outragious even if they give you the coins free.
a $5 silver coin?? what gives? are you sure it was a $5 gold? i dont think they have ever had a $5 sivler ...now i gotta go look for this lol, its gonna bug me here is something on it
The Silver Dollars have run $35 - $38 for a while now. http://catalog.usmint.gov/webapp/wc...ctId=13864&langId=-1&parent_category_rn=10141
