I'm seriously considering removing and keeping the coins.
Board was made in 1996 and I know how plastic back then was...
    Comment, concerns?
    PS was this worth $25?

Without really being able to see the coins you have, I would say that I "may" have spent $25 just for funsies if I was in a good mood. Though I think the whole thing is a bit tacky looking lol. You have something like $12 in silver melt coins there So you aren't too far in the hole.

Let me calculate based off red book
I know red book isnt terrible accurate but Imma still check

You have about $12-13 worth of silver at melt, so if the picture of the eagle and the other coins give you about $12.50 worth of pleasure, it was worth it! :)

As for removing the coins, my guess is they were cleaned or polished for the display, and seeing how they've been doing ok so far, I'd probably just leave them and hang it on the wall.

I wouldn't use redbook to estimate values. I would assume (and yes, I know what happens when you assume) they are all details coins (see my earlier statement), so redbook values wouldn't apply.

    What does that mean?

Now does this look like a set constructed by a person or by the company who made the board?

I'd say a company made it, but you have it in hand to see the 'workmanship'. Lots of cheesy pieces of framed 'artwork', or clocks, or light-up framed thingies were made in the '70's and '80's.

Nice looking eagle. I would just hang it on the wall and enjoy it.
