1984 cud penny

    Can anyone tell if this is cud over the E at the bottom or just damage? It appears raised but I can't tell I don't have a magnifying glass yet. The front of the penny has obvious cud error. Thanks for the help! 1525459869251185707400.jpg

    Yea I kinda figured the back was just damaged. The obverse is cool though!
