Okay, so I have had this "coin" for quite some time. I have never been able to track down a store that it belongs to. Has anyone seen one like it or have any information?

You’re welcome. To clarify, your piece isn’t a coin. I believe it’s a trade token. . . Maybe a trade token expert will chime in.

Never thought it would sell for that much. I'm trying to track down the years Sam chongs restaurant was in yakima. Another member sent a news cliping from 1909 about a law suite for having boxes in the restaurant.

I'm more interested in what the restaurant boxes were and why they were illegal.

    Or who they were agitating.
