Very curious to know more about this coin... flip says Caligula.
Any ideas on the legends on the Obv? The Reverse is certainly a mystery unfortunately.
My pictures are far from perfect - sorry. Any information is appreciated as always.
    Thank you for looking.
    2.87g, 16.75mm/17.5mm

It was only $12... I am very happy with the coin no matter the attribution...
just curious and want to nail this one down... thx.

Obverse apparently has the name of the city, Neocaesarea (Pontus): ΝЄΟΚΑΙCΑΡЄ...

    It's similar to this one:

LYDIA. Philadelphia (as Neocaesarea). Caligula with Agrippina I (37-41). Ae. Artemon, hermogenous.
    Obv: ΓAIOC KAICAP ΓЄPMANIKOC NЄOKAICAPЄωN.
    Laureate head right.
    Rev: ΑΓΡΙΠΠΙΝΑΝ ΑΡΤЄΜωΝ ЄΡΜΟΓЄΝΟVC.
Agrippina (as Demeter), seated right on throne, holding sceptre and cornucopia.
