What part is DD ?
You may want to be more detailed in what you see instead of assuming everyone is looking at the same thing you are.

If you are referring to the forehead, it looks to be either mechanical doubling or damage.

 

I don't see a ddo .
But there still a chance it could be a ddr ..

Images are needed for the reverse ...

 

I thought it was more the nose plus the forehead.
and MD, not DD.

but with all the youtube stuff of ears, hair, etc who knows.

Research exactly what DD is .. and you'll be more knowledgeable and understand the clear difference between DD and MD.
