So I talk about coins in school. Now before you say I am going to get robbed, I have only a few coins over 50$ So my debate teacher tells me to open the second draw of her filing cabinet and what is sitting there is a almost complete 09-40 lincoln collection, a handful of indians and liberty nickels! I ask her what she wants to sell the coins for She says she wont sell them but I can have them when I graduate. 2 years to go...... I'm impatient so I've been tried to buy them with very generous offers, to no avail. So if ya'll around in 2 years, I can show you my new additions.
To that end, stop reading CoinTalk while you're supposed to be paying attention in class! (Evenings and weekends are still fine, of course, as long as the homework's done...) (Can you tell I've got kids in high school? )
I'm going to go out on a crazy limb here and say that maybe, just maybe, it's because you've told us a number of times now?
On a related note, if you should see me posting here between 8:30 and 4:30 on weekdays... don't tell anyone.
There used to be this crazy thing we called "homework" back in the day. Are high school kids still forced to shoulder the otherworldly burden, or has this too been deemed unnecessary? My grades were very good too.... short the damned homework anyway.
