1928 wheat penny error

Does anyone know exactly what kind of error this may be? Someone told me plancet error not what that means I'm pretty new to collecting. There is no crack on reverse but it does run through on side of penny

Lamination ?? Others will tell you

I have heard of this type of an Lamination Error as an Unretained Lamination.
